First, Congratulations on your weight loss and dropping 3 sizes!! emoticon
That is incredible and you should be super proud of yourself.

Second, I know this isn't the answer you want to hear but here it is:

All of this takes much more time than you want it to and/or maybe that's just not how your body loses (same thing with it will take more time and not go as you expected.) The best way to know if you are doing what you need for you, is that you are excited for the day, have more energy and just have a better overall feeling of well-being. It will be those things that help you persist and make it a lifestyle. And who knows? After a few months maybe the inches will drop too.

I know this isn't a "Yea! I'm relieved answer" but I hope this helps. We all lose differently, on different time schedules with different body types/styles. You just need to be patient and willing to see the results however you body wants to show them to you each time. (I have noticed over four years that I tend to lose completely opposite. I drop inches but no weight and the sizes really don't change. Until a few months into that and then all of a sudden the scale starts dropping...)

Take care - every little thing you do for yourself will show a result at some time, that I can guarantee.

How come I'm not losing inches?. I am down 3 sizes, yet have only lost a few inches in my waist, hips and thighs. How can this be?
