Check out "Kashi - Go Lean" cereal--it is very high in fiber and protein...not to be confused with Kashi - Go Crunch though--it doesn't have as much fiber--the fiber in Go Lean is 10g and protein is 13g. Hope this helps.

I'm no expert, however, I would suggest looking at the vegetables and eat those that have more fiber such as broccoli and fruit doesn't have the large amounts of sodium so maybe increase the fruit. Sodium is the one thing I go over at least one time every week. Eating out is the hardest time to keep the sodium under control for me. It takes some time and research to figure which foods we need according to our likes and dislikes. Happy sparking!

I cannot seem to meet my calorie or fiber needs. I have been here a month and everyday but 1 I have been under on both of these. I eat oatmeal, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, I drink a protein smoothie every morning. I eat 5-6 servings of veggies/fruits everyday. I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any low sodium suggestions please respond. I say low sodium bc I have high blood pressure. Thank you!
