This time change in the Spring really only just irks me because I like it getting light earlier in the morning because I am a morning person through and through. Going back to darkness at my normal dog walk time (just as we'd gotten in the swing of that again) and making outdoor runs only a possibility on the weekend (and making those an hour later than usual) really just annoys me.

The Autumn time change messes me up big time. I am lucky if I am able to stay awake until 9 PM when that happens. It was really bad the last time we changed back. I decided that this year I will start going to bed an hour early for a week or two leading up to the time change, and taper it some each night until I'm back to my normal bedtime by the time we change the clocks in hopes that this will help.

This one always throws me off the most and not because we lose an hour of sleep, but because it gets lighter later in the morning.

It's been great to see the sky lighten at 6:00 a.m. the past few weeks and the sun rise about 7:15 a.m. Now I feel like we wait until 9:30 a.m./10:00 a.m. to see the sun and the light in the sky doesn't seem to happen until about 7:45 a.m./8:00 a.m. I like it being lighter later but it really throws me for the first two or three months until it gets light earlier in the morning again. (My house also wakes up between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. and goes to bed usually by 9:00 p.m. so I understand that we are in a minority.)

I'm just so happy that it is light later that it really isn't a problem. I do wish they would just let nature run its course & not change back & forth. Now they can't even make up their minds when it is going to happen. Oh well, let's just enjoy the extra daylight in the evenings (sorry SWDESERTLOVER) and be happy Spring is Springing

Never really been a problem for me. I think working evenings makes it easier since I go to sleep late and wake up whenever I want.

I am sorry Sparkers, I have been a little slack in the QOTD, my job has been a little nuts!

In honor of daylight savings time....how do you adjust?
