This one took me awhile.

It's really just the same goals I had for February but this time with an actual plan (and food in the house to accomplish it.)

Exercise: at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes
Strength: at least twice a week for 20 minutes

Food: Stay in my calorie range with one "free" day

Life: Write each day
