Was having very good success with exercise and nutrition up until the end of October, then everything went haywire and I did a great deal of backsliding. My goal this month is to find and fix what went wrong so I can get back on track! One part of that goal involves getting back to my tracking on Sparkpeople, and maybe getting and giving some support here too.

My goals for the month of February include:

1. Track food / nutrition and continue to drink 8+ glasses of water a day.

2. Work on smaller portions when I'm around my husband (who can eat a ton!)

3. Build up my running base. I officially signed up to run the Tarheel 10 Miler in April.

emoticon Good Luck, everyone!!
