My goal is to become active again.
Record my intake of food and fitness.
Get my weight back down prior to operation.

Has anhyone run this race. I saw this advertised on Groupon. Sounds like fun.

Happy New Year!

A goal I have is to do at least 5 minutes of yoga/stretching in the mornings this year.

The past 3 years or so I've gotten in the new habit of loving group fitness classes at the gym(Fitness Connection by Trader Joes).

But my good progress hasn't transferred to my eating choices at home as much as I'd like.

Am hoping that by becoming a bit more active at home, it will help me be stronger to break decades of poor eating choices.

How about you?
