As we take a look at the month of December, many of us see the holidays rapidly approaching and some will look at their goals and see where they have succeeded and where they have fallen short.

For those of you that have succeeded, congratulations! Don't let the last 15 days slow you down from having a strong finish to 2011.

For those of you that have noticed some down falls, I would hope that you would like to finish 2011 strong and refocus some of your energies on doing so.

For everyone, please don't wait until 2012 to start again. Stand up and do something for you. Set a 15 day goal if you need to and finish strong.

Anyone want to share what they want to accomplish in the next 15 days?

For me, I will be attending the gym 7 times out of those 15 days. (Right now it's only 4 every 2 weeks).
