All of them written well.

As for Diane....the Onederland LOLOL. That is oh so true. OMG, I hit it in April - 1 month ago and I took a picture of my feet on the scale and it said "199.4". I was sooo excited. It had been 6 or 7 yrs and in and out of pregnancies. Today I weighed in at 190.4. 10 lbs in 5 weeks. EXCITING! It's soooo refreshing and that # will come, trust me! I hung out at 202._ for about a month! Up and down and finally it happened!!!

I'm never going back and actually today I tried on bathing suit tops. I can get away with my skirt, but I need a new tankini top as I'm down 3 sizes. It was very thrilling.

As far as number 7--I plan to hang in there till I permanently plateau on about 140# !!!!

1, 2, 7, 9 and 10 really speak to me. Number 10 especially has been beneficial to me when I've been the one who needed encouragement and I hope that occasionally I manage to offer encouragement to others.

What would you have on your list?
Which one or ones speak to you?

I'm catching up on reading SparkMail and found a message entitled "10 Things I have Learned On My One-Year Anniversary." Sounds like things we have discussed over here occasionally or stuff that I've read in various folks blogs. Here's the text of the posting and I've included a link to the thread if you want to go over there quickly and read some of the responses. This is from a Sparker called ZEN_WOMAN.

1. Losing weight is hard!
2. Being fat is harder!
3. I rather be fit and healthy than fat and unhappy.
4. Giving up is not a good option.
5. Set backs are inevitable.
6. Overcoming setbacks can make your stronger (if it doesn't kill you- just kidding.)
7. Stay in the game long enough and eventually you will hit a plateau.
8. Pushing harder doesn't always yield the best results.
9. Listen to your body and take a break when you need to.
10. Reach out to at least one person everyday on SparkPeople. (Friends or strangers, it doesn't matter.) It helps and keeps me accountable.
