They are both helpful, however for me the scale is so tricky. Been going to the gym and committed since Oct 2013, made much progress, and my weight remains the same, yet I am down an entire jean size, and that is getting looser. Enter the tape measure. It's hard to say see ya to the scale even if just a while. Sometimes it's just more gratifying to see a weight loss show up on the scale quicker than dropping a pant size which takes much longer. According to weight charts, or even weight watchers, I should weigh the max 169. 185 is stuck on me. What to do?
