Lets get back active. Ive been working out but Ive been eating horribly (the joys of living in the BIG EASY)! Any tips as the holidays approach?

I have a fitbit and my goal is 10k but the past few weeks i have been off. I need a push or better yet a kick in the rear

I just got back from Mardi Gras break vacation so I am restarting my routine. This first week just trying to get back into the swing of things. My plan is to walk at least 30 minutes each day and stick to the calorie range given to me by Spark People.

Good Morning!

I'm working on training to Walk in a 10k
my calorie intake is under 1500
and id love to lose 10 pounds but have been at a platau so just focusing on things i can change like my strength and endurance :)

I'd love to friend anyone else who is trying for 10,000 steps a day!

HI my name is Gabrielle Jackson and i am one of the new Team Leaders... I would love to get the the group back up and active... Lets start checking back in and encouraging each other on our journey...

For now i am working out at lease 5 days a week with a 1800 calorie in take...

Tell me what your workout consist of and what is your calorie in take
