There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it. For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

I had a deer problem and I used a critter spray repellant that worked. You can buy it at Lowes/Home Depot. There are home remedies online. You can try to google it. Otherwise I'm with Barbara get a safe trap and move it a few miles away.

Get a wildlife officer to trap it and move him/them to a safe place away from your garden.

I don't know how to deter the wood chucks. But I think his butt is bigger than mine after he ate most of my lilies this spring. He has not eaten much this late in the summer. I planted a lot of zinnia and sunflower seeds. He ate the sunflower seedlings but not the zinnias. I think he bragged about what a buffet he had in my yard and invited a friend. Now I have two

Hi there,
Well, my mums haven't come up yet and after this spring with the birds and deer and bunnies and squirrels attacking my every flower in my yard, I think I gave up. Oh, and the new kittens that decided to use my mulch as their litter box, that too. I have just given up. Although, you could probably try moth balls??? I haven't a clue on that one, or try your local Lowe's store, they have a catalog that tells you which environmentally friendly products you can use to not hurt the big guy. emoticon

Who have you encouraged today?
