The easiest thing for me is running. I've never been a runner but recently got into marathons...go figure! I love running now and CRAVE it!

Conversely, since I run so much and burning lots of calories, I'm hungry all the time. The hardest thing for me is portion control and consciously choosing healthy foods. I love me some brownie batter!

The hardest thing for me is to give up all the sugar. I'm a sugar addict. (Hello, My name is Libilou and I'm a sugar addict....)

The easiest thing, surprisingly, was getting up and moving more. I actually love the way I feel after I've exercised and that has motivated me to move every day.

The hardest is to stop eating junk!
The easiest is to not eat after 8 PM. I'm usually in bed by 9 anyway ;)

The hardest thing has been avoiding sugar. The easiest thing has been eating tons of vegetables, fruits and whole grains. And the most FUN thing has been discovering all sorts of new exercises. My latest is basketball!

I lost 78 pounds with SparkPeople and I've gained most of it back because I didn't make a PERMANENT lifestyle change; I'm back because I know the support here is an essential component to success. I'm practicing the EAT TO LIVE lifestyle and feeling healthier and happier every single day.

My "easiest" thing was exercising. I love dancing so getting in an hour a day is actually fun! The hardest thing has been eating enough. My calories fluctuate 1000 calories up and down every day...I eat like 1000 calories worth of junk food and that's it. It is rough!

Oh golly! It's so hard to make myself run in the morning. Eck. I don't know how to make myself run and not head off for breakfast first thing in the morning. Nng.

The absolute hardest thing for me is getting to the gym. I am not a morning person at ALL, so morning workouts are out, and we all know how hard it is to get to the gym at the end of the day!

The hardest thing (this will be obvious for some of you) has been sticking with it when things get hard! Blech. A lot of things have been hard for me.
The easiest thing... being aware of portions and calories. I haven't always done it, but when I do, it makes the world of a difference and it's really not that hard :)

The easiest thing for me was exercise. I've always been pretty active. The hardest thing was giving up vanilla coke and jalapeno cheetos (and similar junk foods). It used to be that I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain weight as long as I stayed active, and it took a lot to admit to myself that it isn't true anymore.

the hardest thing to give up for me is eating after 8pm. I always want my popcorn after baby goes to bed. The easiest thing for me was running again. I love running. I always feel like I got a really good workout and I can easily track my progress.

What were the hardest and easiest things to give up when you started working towards a healthier you?
For me, the hardest thing was (and still is, sometimes) motivation. The easiest thing was no longer eating after 8:00pm.
