Good luck with your goal, Marsha!

My goal for March was to make a better food choice either by choosing a lower calorie option in the store, choosing to make a healthier meal, or choosing to move at least 3 times a week and I have done it so far. Last night made broccoli beef rice and salad so the meal was healthy and I added another choice by only having one biscuit instead of the serving allowed (and the amount I usually eat, if not more), which was 3. I have also done different things to allow extra fitness minutes by Marching in place or doing step-ups on the porch while I am letting my dog out to the front yard to go potty. Lastly, when shopping last week at Costco I chose a lower calorie yogurt and I am glad I did because I really love the vanilla flavor!! My new fave.

We can't fail if we don't give up. YAY,
I took it easy for a couple of days. The doc says I'm okay to walk walk walk so I'm going to catch up with my walking program . I'm just not going to try to walk SO FAST.
THAT is what was causing me problems - trying to go to fast.
ANY exercise is better than sitting around whining. YAHHHHH.
LET'S GO.

Ok, Marsha, let's work on that 6 lbs. by the end of March. Today is the 11th, so that means we have 20 days left to lose that 6 lbs. - that's only one pound every three days. Heck, we can do it! Let's make it a personal challenge.

My goal is to lose 6 pounds in March.
I joined the 5k your way SP team - to train for a 5k walk in April.

My other goal is to get back to selling on e.b.a.y. , which means I must learn
to manage my time.
