I'm clearing out the junk in my house. Right now this task is more important than diet or exercise, because I think this mess is interfering with my ability to be positive and to move forward. Yes, yes, I could clean THEN exercise .... but I am too negative and too distracted.

i did some vigorous STEP exercises on the laundry room steps.. about 10 minutes.
I walked. . about 1/2 mile,
then did my Richard Simmons.. aerobics.

Today I reserved THE SPARK at the library.
I'm first on the list, so I'll be getting it soon.
Today I wrote some new goals for my healthy lifestyle, and the first goal is to stop spending hours on the SP site and to spend more time building up my exercise routines.
I also have gathered some more junk to sell on e.b.a.y (marciastarartist is my e.b.a.y. name)

Today i'm being active by cleaning my bedroom.
Perhaps if I wake up in a clean room I won't feel like I'm living in a dumpster. This might motivate me to do some major changes elsewhere.

That Wii has really helped get people going. I WILL have one ...s o m e d a y. .
The walking is the good ol' standby that always works, and I will always do that. Whew, walking through the halls all day during work sounds tiring.

Today I'm rearranging the furniture to give me more room to do my exercises.
This will help me "get right to it" and I won't put off the exercising because I don't feel like moving the table and chairs.

A pocket size journal is a great idea!
Since I'm home most of the time
I just use an inexpensive spiral bound notebook.
I've started jazzing it up a bit with cut-outs, articles, cartoons, etc.

Using a journal or calendar is a great idea. They help you stay accountable for your actions and feelings!

I started a new jornal myself. This year I went with a pocket sized one that fits in my purse. I hope it helps keep me motivated and allows me to write down what I am feeling, and keep track of my goals no matter where I go!

I did 100 dumbbell sculls! I also stuck to my 4 moderate meals plan. (2x5 lbs, x 100 x 4 = 4,000 ftlbs. of work!)
