I head back to work tomorrow so going to take some time today to pack my lunches and some healthy snacks to take to work.
Just finished 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes worth of strenght training.

Today is my busy day at work . . . meetings after meetings. So I am taking my nalgene bottle full of water and a Fiber One bar in my pocket. If I am tempted by the many bowls of candy around the building then I will munch on my Fiber One bar.

Probably take lots of steps up and down the halls as I go to the meetings and my class.
