I agree with the Cougar Mountain Park trails. Especially on hot days, the Coal Creek Trail follows the stream and you can enjoy the waterfalls (2) and dip your tootsies in the creek at several points if you like.

Meydenbauer Park is a little gem that is awesome if you want to do some stair climbing.

My husband and I did Cougar Mt park last weekend and are going again this weekend. It's nice when it is hot because it is cool in the woods.

I hope you can make it too ReginaH3. Hopefully we'll get one going very soon.

Hi,
New to the group. I walk at Big Finn Hill Park on cloudy days so I am not run over by moutain bikers. I also like St Edwards Park.

I am in the Kirkland area. I would love to join in on one of the next walks and will keep an eye for them. emoticon

Burke-Gillman is nice when it isn't too crowded. I really like the Lake Hills Greenbelt trails in Bellevue.

We also get walks going from this group from time to time to meet up and walk together. We did the Lake Hills Greenbelt around Phantom Lake the weekend before last and we had a group walk at the Redmond Watershed trails this 4rth of July weekend just passed.

Keep an eye out for the group walks here in the forum.

Here's a link to the thread that linked to a map of the Lake Hills trails.

I'm new here, and I haven't figured out where to run/walk. I've been to Robinswood a few times and it's fairly nice. Any other suggestions?
