I have a 64 oz (4cup) styrofoam takeout cup that I fill with water and keep on the desk (where I am most of the time). I go through two of those and I have my 8 cups for the day, I can take it with me on trips too and dispose of the container if necessary (I have more in reserve).
question for you UCR people can you (rather me) park for the botanical gardens without a parking permit? that is what keeps me away from there

Walk through the Botanical Garden almost everyday. There's a secret shortcut to walk to school there my roommate showed me. Good luck with all your fitness goals.

Took a 1/2 hour walk in the UCR Botanical gardens today- everything is green and beautiful. Would highly recommend.

To keep from putting condiments on my sandwiches I heat my sandwich (must have cheese) in the microwave and then the bread doesn't seem dry. Plus I think it's quite tasty.

Okay, this is supposed to say Fitness/Nutition Tips but I can't change the missing N! Anyways...

Did you know you burn more calories drinking cold water than room temperature water?

Your body needs to warm up the water in your system before it can process it, so your body works harder, thus burning more calories!

I also use a smaller water bottle so I have to get up and walk over to the water cooler to fill it up more often. And then it's more likely cold than if I had one big bottle getting warm since it takes longer to drink.

What fitness or nutrition tips do you have for the team? Found anything that works or doesn't work for you? Please share!
