Not much has happened with this challenge since the origianl posting. I'm up for whatever anyone wants to do. Let's get started soon!

Hi, Im new. Well, I joined about a month ago, but never really logged back in after that. So, here I am again, hopefully this time I will be accountable. I want to take on this challenge. Please help by keeping me motivated through your success and showing me the ropes. Thanks!

WOW it looks like hers starts on April 6th!  Why don't we just start tomorrow and end the last day of her Spring Break?  Just a thought?

I'm starting to use Solo Slim and a Mediterranean Diet along with exercise.  We'll see how that does.  lolLet me know.  How do we connect?

Hi again,

It looks like it might be just you and I! My kids are on 2 schedules: daughter gets 3 weeks off (year round school), son is off the week before Easter.

Let me know when your schedule is!

I'm going to start my challenge this Monday for 4 weeks before my son's Spring Break. I'm not only going to do the exercises, but a personal challenge of mine will be to actually try to lose weight!!! See, I was doing so well in the beginning, but I have totally fallen off the wagon.

I could "easily" lose another 5 pounds, possibly 10, by his Spring Break!

Absolutely! Swimming is a great idea! I don't swim (well, I know HOW to, but I just don't do it), so I'll find separate exercises to do.

When would you like to officially start?

I love it. Does swimming count for all of it? lol It hits all the areas just at one time. I could swim every day during both weeks.

Spring Break is right around the corner! We have about a month till we're there, so I thought you might be interested in a challenge!

We'll do one cardio, one upper body, one lower body workout each week. You choose what you want to do and post your results here!
