Hi team,

I am starting this a bit late.. but better late than never. I hope you are all doing well. As we all know the holidays are the time of year that our plates get fuller, desserts are everywhere and this causes our clothes to get tighter. I just hate that last part!!!! Lets to try to fend off the battle to the bulge!!! Our mini challenge is to stay active 30 minutes every day until New Years Eve. emoticon Please post in this thread what it is you are doing on a daily basis to stay active. Don't forget to drink your water!!!! emoticon
