OK Team, our goals have been set. Starting out with just four of them, they are:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water per day
2. 120 minutes of cardio per week
3. Strengh training 2 times per week
5. Get in 5 servings of fruits/veggies per day

The goals are posted on our team page - if we get going with these, we can start adding some others as well.

Hope you're all taking advantage of this gorgeous weather to get outdoors before we get hit with those triple digits!

that sounds good. Also maybe something like rewarding yourself once a month for accomplishments no matter how big or small or even something simple like getting all your fruits and veggies in.

I think an exercise goal should be something to strive for, not necessarily something that we can do right now. How about a minimum 30 minute cardio 5 times per week and strenth training sessions 3 times a week?

The water goal is good to have in front of us and should be doable, especially with our rising temperatures.

Spark People added a team goal function. I think this is an awesome idea! We should get some goal ideas together and we can have the Team Leader put them on the Team Goal thingie! I think 8 cups of water a day should be one and maybe an exercise one of some sort. What does everyone else think??
