There are so many great full-meal salads in the SP recipe section - healthy, not too filling for this hot weather, and perhaps best of all, won't heat up your kitchen. Once our temp stays over 100, I pretty much shut down the oven and go with stovetop or grill for cooking.

I think the bootcamp videos are great - have used them to get into an exercise routine. I also like the article "7 Exercises to Work your Whole Body". Like most women, I began by concentrating on core and legs, pretty much ignoring upper body. This helped me start working on that too.

I really like the ten minute bootcamp workout videos and I'll be doing my Day 3 today, I also swim and walk as much as possible. Other than that I haven't really tried any of the recipes yet, except the Banana Boat smores and the family liked those!

Hi there Scottsdale Sparkers! Our team leader is leaving town (getting really close to those triple digits) and moving to MN, so I'm stepping in as team leader.

I thought a good way to get going would be for members to share some of their favorite exercises and recipes (either from SP or from your own experience). I've posted two SP exercise favorites and three recipes that have turned out to be big hits with my family: a lemon/garlic salad dressing with only 11 calories that also works as a great marinade when grilling beef, pork. chicken, or fish; a Thai noodle salad that's a main dish that can be made ahead and won't heat up the kitchen; and an alternative to high salt/fat french fries that the kids actually ask for.

Share your faves and we'll get them posted under team favorites and we'll all be in for a leaner, tastier summer.
