I don't know if I can keep claiming losing these past 5 pounds - this is the third time I've lost, then regained, those exact same ones. Will try to change my routine (perhaps add a new type of exercise) and see if this time they'll STAY off.

I'm 14.25 pounds away till the next marker. I too have been at my current weight for months, and I just haven't put much effort into watching what I am eating. I have been conscience at least to not put back on the weight!

Great attitude hojo! Everyone- you all have the power to overcome your plateaus. I myself am in one right now and with my major weigh in in 1 month I too ma freaking out. We all can do this! We must persevere!!

I actually reached my goal (a pound under), then went up a few pounds and now am about a pound an a half away! Once I'm there I just want to maintain, and TONE TONE TONE!

I've been struggling with the same issue. I've been sitting at the same weight for over a month now even though I've increased my exercise and maintained my caloric intake.

I've been trying to drop these last 10 pounds for at least six months - perhaps it's time to reassess the weight I want to be vs the weight my body wants to maintain.

My next goal is 14 pounds away. I'll get there eventually!

Let's get rid of the weight! I certainly don't want to lose it and find it again!
