Good Morning! I must say that I went a little overboard on Suprebowl Sunday. But, I'm back to good food and exercise. I hope you all have a great day!

emoticon - kept the snacks in check and did not have anything after 9 pm (late night munching is my long-term downfall). I feel like I've definitely earned those 2 pounds that are absent from my scale this morning!

I'm going to take advantage of the sunny weather today and take a 3.25 mile walk through the greenbelt. Then tomorrow when everyone else is glued to their TVs for the game (I don't really have much interest), I'll spend a couple of hours at the gym with my daughter.

Hi all! With this weekend happening I just have one challenge... STEP AWAY FROM THE SNACKS!! If you can, avoid the veggie dip and stick to the veggies. Fill up on a broth based soup before the party. Walk Saturday to prep for Sunday. Be careful out there folks- munchies can add up fast and so can drinking your calories. We have come to far to sabotage it now!
