Today did a 2-mile WATP DVD, 100 crunches, and 50 minutes on my stationary bike (watching one episode of a Masterpiece Theater series I got from the library).

Had not heard of the National Body Challenge before, but have now registered and put in my goals. Did not avail myself of the Bally pass since I already belong to a gym - the 8 week deadline is just long enough to get some real results.

Have to go to the bank? Walk in instead of using the ATM or drive thru. Many times it's even faster becasue the tellers are not really that busy.
