Barney pulled me on the bike for 4 miles, then I walked 2 miles with him. Lifted some weights in the back yard; dead lifts, power cleans, upright rows, good mornings and some curls.

Killer kettlebell workout tonight. Burned lots of calories and will burn a lot more in the after burn I am sure.

Barney got to run at a nice clip for 4 miles, while i rode my new bike. Then i had him pull me on the bike at a good clip for 2 miles. We did this SAT and SUN. He slept well for those 2 days when we got back. Found his weak spot, but the dog just loves to run.

Went on a 2 mile walk today. Tried advanced Joel Harper workout. Did some stretching.

I spent 80 minutes on the treadmill. I ran 38 of those minutes or 3.1 miles.
