Hi there! I'm doing really well with eating and sticking to my 3k walking routine. Next week I'm going to increase the amount of exercise by doing some resistance training at the gym.
Donnambruton: Try to squeeze in a 10 min walk here and there because it honestly gives you energy.

hey! im doing really well with eating right. I have totally changed the foods I eat and only buy good healthy foods that way I do not have the temptations right in front of me. I however am sooo tired the last few days and havent exercised in almost a week. I need some energy!!!!
