Somedays after I exercise I feel tired and somedays I don't. I do tend to have a little more energy, but that is probably because of the weight loss. Here lately I have been more tired than energized so perhaps it fluctuates. Give your body time to adjust and consult your doctor, if you have one, about the issue.

Congrats about the 7 lb weight loss, way to go!

One step, one sip, one choice, one pound at a time will change my life.

I am tired when I exercise, and I thought exercise is supposed to make you energized. Maybe my body is adjusting to less calories and carbohydrates, I am a diabetic and I do have to be careful, but I am trying to get more energy, I bought some B-12 vitamins from Wal-Mart I am thinking it is too soon to see the effects yet, and I am taking a womens multi-vitamin as well from GNC. Will my body ever adjust? I have lost 7lbs. and I just started last week.
