The only advice I can give you is to carry small snacks with you such as fruit, cut up veggies, yogurt (depending on how long your away), pretzels (watch the salt), or those 100 calories snacks you can get, and make sure you have snacks throughout the day so that your never running on E.

OK, so today I my mind set that I was going to do this (just joined last night), I ate right all day and then by the time I got off work I was starving to death, so now I have been off for about 3 hours and by the time I drove all the way home and then went to see my son at his grandmothers then came home of course my starving self just ate the worst meal probably possible.
How do you keep from doing this, please someone give me some pointers, I really need and want to loose this weight and I am not going to do it this way. What do you do on days when there is just not enough time to cook? How do you make it through? Please help!!!

218 to 200 by the end of 8 week challenge!!!
218 to 215 (pedicure) Achieved 11-17-09
215 to 210 (get a new pair of workout shoes)
210 to 205 (Get a new Wii game)
205 to 200 (Hopefully the end of the 8 week challenge)
200 to 195 (Finally under 200 message for an hour Congratulations)
