I think it was just the first month with the change in my diet, because I was teaching myself to eat a lot less and I also changed my sleeping habits but now I'm feeling sooo much better. I'm glad it didn't last long emoticon

I had a few headaches the first week, but nothing I couldn't get through without tylenol. On the other hand, before I started trying to lose weight I would have withdrawal type headaches when I would go more than 24 hours without a burger or fast food in general. McDonald's especially. I truly believe their food is definiately worse than drugs when it comes to addiction.

I wasn't really drinking caffeinated drinks, just ginger ale which is caffeine free but it could be possible that I'm not drinking enough water when I work out. I will try to drink extra water this week to see if that does it. Thanks for the help.

Have you cut out caffinated beverages as part of your plan? If so, that could be a cause.

Also, have you started working out? If so, maybe you're not drinking enough extra water and are dehydrated?

Those are the first two things that came to mind.

Hi. This is still my first week and I have had a headache all day. I thought maybe it was a hunger headache but it didn't go away after I ate. I then took a nap and I woke up and I was fine. But it seems to be coming back again. My friend told me it could be from the weight lose. Did anyone else go through this too? If so how long does it last for usually? I didn't do any work out today because I am thinking maybe my body just needs today to rest. Any suggestions?
