Thanks for sharing this! I'm always looking for new recipes - especially to every day items that we crave, but don't know how to make healthy! I'm off to check it out now :) emoticon

She is awesome! I've been using her site for awhile There's some great recipes (LOVE the onion rings and the homemade fried rice!) and great substitutions for other not-so-good-for-you favorites.

I love both her recipe books and love the email newsletters.

Never make someone a priority, when all you are to them is an option.

I have her hungry girl cookbook, and so far i've tried her recipe for onion rings, and let me tell you THEY ARE AWESOME! They taste exactly like onion rings you would get at a resturant, but without all the greasiness, they are wonderful. They are also easy to make, and quick.

I really like that site as well! Her newsletter is really cute and usually has really useful information!

I love the website. She does daily emails too! Oh and her new cookbook is out now it's all about 200 meals under 200 calories. I have the first one and I've found some great alternatives to my favorites.

Smile...it makes people wonder

I found a really great website for recipes. (not that the one here on sparks isnt amazing as well)

What I like about this site is that she takes every-day foods and she converts them into diet-friendly recipes. I just tried her Shrimp Eggrolls (although I used mushrooms in mine instead of shrimp) they were SO easy to make and 2 egg rolls was less than 200 calories. Pair that with a salad and I was one happy camper.

Check it out: www.Hungry-Girl.com

It is not what you eat between Christmas and new years eve that is the problem, but what you eat between new years eve and Christmas.
