Congrats!! I'm having the same effects with all those things, though I do fall victim in the food department more often than I'd like still. But with working out - isn't it crazy how much you improve with consistent exercise? Love it!

I am amazed at this, I'm noticing that I'm not craving greasy food like I once was. The water is getting SO much easier to drink. The exercise is alot easier(I can keep a faster pace without my sides hurting) I walked about 5 miles(2 of those miles where ealier in the day, 3 was with the dog) today and I actually wore out my overly energetic German shep. lol. I can even do 12 modified push-ups and I couldn't even do 2! I hope to walk 5 miles everyday. I didn't even think I could walk 5 miles!
