Here's what I done this past Thanksgiving & Christmas... I would pre-eat. I know that people joke around and say they pre-eat before they go to eat to keep from looking like an idiot, but this way really worked! Right before Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner, I ate a huge salad both times. By the time dinner came along, I was able to just move things around on the plate to make it look like I was eating. Rather than filling up on all of the unhealthy food, I just sampled a few different things. I don't know how next year will go, but that really seemed to help, so I'll definitely be trying that again. Just say NO to leftovers! hahaha

So the last two days I spent at my parents house with all my sisters and our boyfriends. It was so much fun but there was a lot of bad eating. I tried to minimize what I ate but I feel like the last two days were pretty bad. I still lost a pound this week but I feel like I could have done more if I wouldn't have given in to some things this weekend. Christmas and New Years are fast approaching and I'm worried I won't be able to say no to things...HELP!
