Since October I had an aerobic dance class for my college requirements. That was 3x/week but that's over soon. I also go to the gym and do elliptical 2x/week. My strength training has been pretty limited..we do a little in the class with small weights but not a whole lot.

Soon, I'll be switching over to dance/aerobic dance DVDs and continuing elliptical and/or bike at the gym. Will also be adding in some strength training from the SP website because my sis is giving me her weights and resistance band..woohoo! :)

I'm pretty consistent with my work outs. Basically, I had to go to class 3x/week and though "eh, what's 2 more days?" for the gym lol I just hope I can continue it when I don't have class to force me to do it!!

For exercise I usually try to do stuff that needs doing around the house. So for example right now there is about an inch of snow waiting to be shoveled in my driveway and I need to go get more wood from the back of the house so that we can stay warm. LOL

BUT I also use my Wii to help me out. I have the wii fit which I love for the yoga and strength especially it gives me a starting point at least. And I LOVE Dance Dance revolution for cardio.

I am just wondering what type of exercise plans everyone is on and if people have had the chance to exercise today.

I am using spark people's exercise plans that give me cardio everyday and strength training every other day.

For the cardio I use something pre-recorded on tv.

Today I walked 3 miles in about an hour emoticon . Of course it was not outdoors, it was indoors on a flat floor, which makes it a bit easier on the body, but walking is walking and I feel pretty good.

So what about the rest of you?

And remember, you can do it!

One step, one sip, one choice, one pound at a time will change my life.
