I think it may be your body adjusting to everything. I'm not a doctor or nutritionist, just a fellow dieter. Fad diets work for a small amount of time, but it's no way to live. As long as you're making healthy choices, exercising regularly, and drinking plenty of water- it will pay off in the end. emoticon

Patience is a virtue.

Good luck!
Peace.

Hi group! I posted this as a blog, but was advised to post it on my group forums to get a little extra support/ help. TIA for reading! :)

I'm getting a little frustrated. I started SP and eating healthy exactly 2 weeks ago. Today I weighed myself, and the scale is still in the exact same spot!!! emoticon I do admit, I've had some days where I ate some ice cream, etc, but overall I've stayed within my calorie range. I'm making WAAAY better choices than before when it comes to my meals and snacks. I've also been exercising at least 5x's a week for about 20-40 minutes. I just don't understand...?
I was on what many may call a "fad" diet since February, and quit this diet about 3 weeks ago. In that diet, I was replacing breakfast, lunch and snacks with their meal replacements and the only real food I could have was at dinner time! I did lose 33 lbs, but the "diet" got boring. The average calorie range was about 800 calories. Now, my range is between 1200 and 1500 calories (been closer to the 1500 range lately). Could it be the difference in the amount of calories that is making me stall? What can I do to jump start my weight loss? I feel good about myself for making better choices and for exercising more than before, but not seeing the scale go down is very frustrating!!! :( emoticon
