We all struggle every now and then. I have been yo-yoing for the last few years and I finally decided to change that. There are going to be bad days or even weeks but you have to remember that even if you fall off the wagon you will never get back on if you don't pick yourself up. It's hard but in the long run remember that living and being healthy will benefit you, that's what motivates me. Also, I use the food tracker on the site and it really helps to see what you take in each day. I just joined but when I tracked my first day it was such an eye openedr that I didn't necessarily eat too much but what I did eat was not a good choice. Now I'm starting to be more cautious about what I put in my mouth and hopefully it'll make a difference on the scales this week. Just don't give up!

hey ladies I to work out 5 times a week for 1hr a day. I just recently added swimming to my workouts. I LOVE to swim so I first do my hour of cardio then I go swimming as my reward. That's just how I trick myself into staying motivated. I had a really bad week this week. I went to weight watchers and I am up 2.4lbs. I really don't understand how I showed my leader my tracker and she didn't get it either. I am hoping that the good work I've done will "catch up" like bad eating does next week, but my meeting doesn't meet for three more weeks because of the holidays. I AM STRESSING about that because I don't have to weigh in and that's what keeps me on the straight and narrow and provides me with support. I am hoping this site will help me alot the next few weeks. I just joined and everyone seems real nice. Thanks for listening...Donna Lee

OMG I'm in the same boat as you LDYBG! Ive been trying get into being healthy and losing weight ( I also work out 5 days a week), but I too is losing my motivation to continue doing so! One thing that I think do help me out the best is that I would eat the biggest portion during lunch (as well as kinda counting calorie intake with Sparks) then after work I would head to the gym. By the time i get home im too tired to be eating junk food or anything. But I donno how this might last for me... Let try motivating each other to continue trying our best in losing our weight!

Just keep doing it. There will always be times when you wan't to give up, just know that you can't. You have to know that you are worth it. Stop eating the junk food and that alone will make you lose weight. You have to take baby steps. I myself have 184 to lose. I am only into this for one week, and I already lost 7lbs. I look at the small progress that I have made rather than everything I have to lose. Try eating frequent small meals. That has worked for me. I stopped getting hungry by the fourth day. Just keep on trying.

I'm stuck and can't break free of the slump I'm in. I still work out 5days a week but not at my full energy level. My eating has gone back to eating crap. As much as I want this for myself I just can't shake this unmotivated attitude. I have been the same weight now for 3-4 weeks because of my own laziness...I could have had off 15-20 freakin pounds by now. I need something to get me going again. uuuhhh.....Okay I'm done venting my frustrations now. I just don't know what to do to get myself out of this poor me, I'm not worth it state.....I hope everyone else is doing great!!!
