I can definitely relate. I was about 30lbs from my goal weight and then I got pregnant. I did alot of walking and drank lots of water (3-4 liters a day). I also made sure that I ate alot of fruits and vegetable and I did not stress alot about the weight. I let my body gain as much as it needed to. I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy however I lost 35lbs within the first week due to fluids. I got lazy once I started breastfeeding and gained another 15lbs. I am now back on track and have lost 10. I have only have 50lbs to go! If you need anyone to talk to...let me know.

I've always heard general swimming is good during pregnancy... you can always stay active even when you're pregant... it just might suck sometimes! I guess just always make sure to talk to your doctor!!!
