My goal for the 15th was to have lost a 1/4 of my total weight I plan to loose...And I am one lb under that goal! Yippee! Now I have to focus on continuing with my eating, and being active...And I should still be below 268 by Sunday.

My goal is to stick to my 1,500 calories and walk 30 minutes a day until Sunday!

What is one goal you have for yourself in the next week? Or by Sunday the 15th

Take a walk on the wild side! Walk for 15+ minutes today! Weither it's at the park, to the nearest drug store for a cold water, or walking your pet! Get up and move today!
