we have a texas roadhouse here, called reno's... it's so tasty but i have the hardest time tryin to find information on the food they have... i got soup and salad today.. and the soup just bout did me in LOL i compared their potato soup with o'charley's.. it looked the same, same ingredients, etc. so i used it... lordy day... learned my lesson there.

i've had such a hard time with trying to lower the sodium, but it seems impossible..

Okay when going out to eat... I've figured out just go somewhere where it's easy to stick to your new lifestyle, NO all you can eat restaurants (that kills me) even soupersalad can be bad sometimes, but if you don't get more than a plate it's very good

Applebees - they have a weight watchers section that's really good, and even Olive Garden... just try to stay away from on the border and especially Golden Corral... omg!

oh and when going to a restaurant, what I've found is only eat half of what you're given and save the rest for tomorrow!

I went to Ryan's today for lunch and everytime I go there I forget all about my diet and just eat without thinking I always get the buffet is there anyway I could go out to eat without actually eating 3 plates
(I know that sounds like alot, but its not I eat a salad then the main course then desserts.)Which kill me and everytime I get through eating I always feel guilty so can anyone give me tips on what I should do when eating at a restaurant.

OK so I went to Johnny Carino's today. I can't find anything for them! I had a chicken parmesan panini, about half of the homemade potato chips, and half of the bread (i love that stuff). What other options can i enter in my tracker? or what can i do :(
