I heard that too... I am actually taking a "green tea" dietary suppliment right now... I just got it from Walmart... It is called Mega-T It is around where they keep the diet pills/bars/drinks... stuff like that... I am going to try that b/c I can't really afford to buy green tea to drink daily... It also has an appetite supressor and it is supposed to boost the metabolism... all sounded good to me... Oh and its ephedra free... whoo!

I heard that any high fiber veggie will do that too like broccoli etc. anyone else hear that??

I read that raspberries, blueberries, blackberries & strawberries, yogurt, spinach, brocolli, collard greens and green tea can help the absorbtion of belly fat!
Passing on the news- hope its true!!! Just bought some spinach and blackberries! :)
