That's wonderful!
I'm glad it all worked out in the end. There is a lot of give and take in a marriage, I find.

What if we woke up tomorrow with only those things that we thanked God for today?

I decided to not let my hubby know how i feel about it and do it with a smile, i figured nothing was worth putting arguments in my marraige, and in the end it was really worth it, i havent seen my hubby being so thankful to me, there was genuine love and respect in his eyes.
He was really proud in front of all of his friends and that made me really proud

No, not yet,
I just said okay lets c ill do it tomorrow, i gave no hint that i didnt wanna do it,
Its just that things like this have happened past and evwn if i give the slightest hint about how i feel he would very humbly ask me to just do it for him but then later on i sometimes feel that somehow that matter still stays there, and it reflects in some discussions later on,
I have no kids yet amd just a 9-5 job

Hmmm..interesting dilemma.

I would probably feel like you do - willing to do the work for my dh, as he does so much for me, but not so inclined to do the work for his friends.

If it were me, I would probably be overwhelmed by the amount of extra work (I work full-time and have three volunteer jobs, as well as a house to run and a family), so to be Christian in my attitude, I would help out, but would then request some things crossed off my list by my dh and/or his friends to allow me the time to do the favour for them.

Have you spoken about the situation with your husband? I would suggest you discuss your feelings on the matter with him.

Hello everyone,
I am new to the team, havnt been posting much though,
I need some serious advice,
My hubby wants me to do some of the vedio editing part of his project, which is going to easily take 3-4 hours of my time,
I can do that, afterall he us my husband i have to help him if he needs me, although i am not too happy about it,
But he also wants me to do some of the editing for his 3 more friends, as gis friends have really hepled him in the past and he would like to be of their assistance, i am not buzy or anything but i dont want to do it for his friends too which would mean like a whole of useless work for me
PS: my husband doesnot know how to do vedio editing and neither do his friends know it very well.
PS: my hubby is always encoraging and always loving, just my selfish attitude always come in the way and struggling to work with it
