I definitely use snow shoveling as an activity. It covers everything and works just about the whole body. And I feel great after like I really accomplished something.....cuz then I can get out of my drive way and get to work...... emoticon

I put it in as cross training - not sure if that's correct, but like you, I want to record them somewhere.

Hi everyone. As part of my exercise regime I usually follow my cardio with crunches and rotate various muscle groups using a weight machine and various core exercises/stretches. I can't find anywhere to track this information yet it surely also burns calories. So I may burn 400-450 Calories on the treadmill but I can't record the extra burn from the resistance training. Any suggestions?
