yes, I track it in my journal in my purse then add it to spark whenever I can and I'm learning a lot about my diet that needs to change. It's helped me to make better choices.

I've got one but I'll admit I have not been consistent with it thus far. Mine is a magenta Filofax and I use Carpe Diem inserts. You?
