Oops..forgot to mention....Her walking to the hits cd...I used that when I was using the core stability ball...felt like interaction with someone while I was bouncing...I didn't actually stand to do a lot of it...but I bounced to the rhythm with her and moved around on the ball kind of like she did. If that makes sense.

I like her too. She has a new app where they give you a daily walk. It is ...I think around 4.99 a month. You get a free trial month right now to try it out.

I love Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. She has 'saved' my life more than one time with walking!! I have seen her walking videos on Youtube but I think I have at least 20 of them myself! LOL

I wrote this awhile back...hoping it would help someone. When I started out I was almost 350...and no energy and it literally hurt to try to exercise. I totally believe this saved my life. I still exercise this way. It is so much fun. I will write a little bit more about what I actually did as far as "moves" if anyone is interested.
