To the person who asked about the rollers, my niece is a dancer and she introduced me to them. She uses them all the time (various kinds for various things.) I think they are amazing. They help with aches and pains and help with stretching to increase flexibility. I didn't follow the link but make sure you learn to use them properly to avoid injury.

Good info! Just remember to stretch following a workout and not before. I gave myself a painful tendon by forgetting that.

Stretching is all my coworkers talk about lately! I'm going to look at that video and maybe get a foam roller too...anyone use one?
