I did 10 minutes of kickboxing and 20 minutes of cardio dancing. It's suppose to be 105 or so here today but hopefully tonight it cools off so I can go walking/running with the husband.

Today I did 3 rounds of intervals. The first round I alternated jump lunges and inclined push-ups. The second round I alternated Pull-ups and low jacks. The third round I alternated hanging oblique knee raises and high knees. It was a great workout!

Today I did 35 min of intervals cardio and abs. 100 High Knees with jump rope followed with 20 reps of a different ab exercise repeated seven times! Great workout!

I do Zumba and Brazilian Butt Lift DVDs. If you haven't tried Zumba - you are missing out!! And the BBL workouts are fun and really work those muscles. Love them!

Aside from playing with 6 kids all day (I'm a home childcare provider), I'm not sure I'm going to get in a "workout" today. Last night, it was 2 hours of martial arts classes. I'd love to run, but the high is 104 here today and won't cool off until it gets dark.

This topic is for us to post the kinds of workouts we are doing on a daily basis! Today I am going to do 20min of interval cardio. 40 rounds 10 and 20 sec intervals of High Knees, Burpees, Jump Lunges, 1 jump forward and two jumps back, and 1 leg step forward and back. What are you doing for your workout today?
