Sorry to take so long to reply. I've been sick and I've only got to use my shoes 3 times now. I think that they do make a big difference. My feet are so jacked up from long road marches in combat boots. I was having problems with my tennis shoes not giving me good support and my toes were also going numb. They were a little pricey, but as much as I spin I think it is a good investment.

I've tried spinning a few times and I really love it. I got one of the seat covers because after the first time I was so sore it hurt to walk! Lol. I've been thinking about the shoes. Do they really make that much of a difference?

Today I went out and bought my first pair of spinning shoes. I've been putting it off, because I wanted to see if I would stick to spinning first. I've been spinning for 3months now and I love it. So I think that I'm committed enough to spend the money on the shoes. I'm a little nervous about using them. I know that sounds retarded, it's just the thought of my feet being attached the pedals. My instructor has ensured me that my feet are not stuck the pedals for life and if I need to get off the pedals all I have to do is twist my foot and it releases just like that. Y'all wish me luck for tomorrow. emoticon
