sorry it took so long...but yeah i bought the fat smash book...and basically for 9 days you cant have sugar,bread,meat,cheese...u can have all the fruit and veggies u like u can have like 4 egg whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal and some brown rice and beans daily just small amounts...no fast food or fried food or caffeine (that's what took me so long the first time)..then u start to introduce things back into ur diet during phase 2 and 3... the book is by Dr. Ian smith...it only cost about 12$

I have tried detox - but, I also have IBS so, my body doesnt take too well to things like that. I need to get some wheatgrass.. that is the tried and try detox for me. :) It wont take me a year, it usually takes about 3 solid months. I am just very premature with my worries.. but, thank you so much for your input and good luck!! Just for fun, can I get the info on your detox stuff ? I need to see the ingrediants involved before I commit. :) Thanks!!

you sound like i did when i first started and i know u wont want to hear this but it took my body about a yr to lose the weight i wanted. i had to detox my body to get things rolling with dr ian smith(from celebrity fit club)fat smash diet...it was the trick...and the rest happened...slowly but it did just dont give up!!!i can give u the info in the book if u want to try...it is not that hard

It sounds like your doing everything right so like I said you know maybe your building muscle and I can also tell you this the people who loose the weight the fastest are usualy loosing water weight so dont worry your just staring out you cant see results from one day to another I used to think the same way and I can tell you I almost gave up cause I didnt see fast results

You are so right. It has only been working on week 3, anyway. I am eating right.. all my veggies and fruits... I am working out (30 mins cardio) and strength training for just 15 mins - all of this 5 days a week.. I even mix up my cardio.. up hill, run long distance, short distance.. fast.. etc. The only thing I do not do is walk. *sigh*. I just dont want to gain anymore weight. haha. Especially, when I am not "enjoying" the weight gain! lol.

Im not sure what your doing wrong if anything maybe your building muscle right now have you messured your self maybe you lost messurments??? Im not sure of your eting plan and excersise but Im sure your doing great keep up the work and try not to stress to much.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong... I drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.. I eat right - I work out religiously 5 days a week.. and it looks like I am nearing to gaining 5lbs, not losing it. What can I do?? I am desperate to lose 20lbs in 4 months and the way this is going.. it just isnt going to happen. :(
