I'm a techie type, by trade and preference, so appreciate the efficiency of the database returns. It makes entering calories simple. So many people have already made the effort to enter all of the relevant data, right down to the store brands.

Now if there were only an app to help us remember to take the time to plug that data in each day. emoticon

The best thing to me, though, are the blogs. I have laughed and cried and nodded my head in agreement. I'm continually impressed by the honest reflections of my fellow Sparkers. However, I have yet to post one myself.

Hey, sounds like a good goal.

All the trackers are great for me. Now if I can just enter all my foods when I need to! emoticon

Not to mention all the support from fellow Sparkers. That is awesome!

I love the mileage tracker as well, especially as I don't have a smartphone with any apps! It is great to map a route beforehand, or to just keep time and map it afterwards. The nutrition tracker is great as well as it opens the eyes. Most of all, I love all the supportive and great people I am meeting on Spark! They have been an inspiration and motivator!

I really like the nutrition tracker and blogging/reading others blogs. It definitely helps me to know what I am eating. The blogs are great, because you learn more about your spark friends and learn more about yourself, too.

I have always been wondering what is your favorite thing or things about sparkpeople?

I really love the mileage tracker. Especially since I have started to take up jogging.
