My goals for Aug are to increase my physical activity and portions (I'm an undereater due to health issues), also I've slacked since I went back to Minnesota for Mayo on my 10 8oz glasses of water a day I'm going to remake that a habit this month! Best of luck to everyone else in their own goals.

I am also going to concentrate on my portion control. It's hard when the peeps around me don't care about what and how much they eat. It's a challenge for me cuz I love food.

I am going to eat as healthy as possible for the entire month. They say starting any habit good or bad takes 3 weeks or more to become a habit. 31 days should be plenty of time to gain the healthy eating bug!
At the end of the month I may actually look for smaller clothes finally. I have lost 6 inches and my clothes are getting a tad baggy. I am loving it!

Grab life! It's the only one you got!

I'm with Montana Ed.....I'm working on eating smaller portions and healthier food. I forgot about the Healthy Eating Challenge.....I may have to give that a try as the Sleep Challenge helped me out quite a bit.

I am working on improving my portion control and realize that I don't need as much food as I "think" I need. I am also trying Whey Protein to see if that helps me any.
