I want to ride my bike to work during the week and still have the energy to go to curves at the end of the day.

I have a few goals! I want to stick to my calories at least 5 days a week. Work out at least 5 days a week. And the biggest one of all.. be in a better mood! I don't handle my stress well and project it to others and I'd like to be a happy person again, working out does help with this so those goals go hand in hand! :)

I have two goals.....one, to complete the last 3 wks of my Hyp-Yoga Program and two, start the 28 Days Bootcamp Challenge after my Hyp-Yoga Program is over.

What is one thing you want to commit to or work hard towards this month?

I really want to try to eat within my calorie range 6 days a week. I need a little wiggle room right?
